On the homepage , click on "Edit Page" , below the calendar, there is a "CheckConflict" webpart, Click on Modify Shared webpart , and expand the "Miscellaneous" section at the bottom, Set "SendEmail" to "YES" to enable sending confirmation email, any other value will disable sending confirmation email.

Content of Email Text is not proper.Admin
"On the homepage , click on ""Edit Page"" , below the calendar, there is a ""CheckConflict"" webpart, Click on Modify Shared webpart , and expand the ""Miscellaneous"" section at the bottom, Set "EmailTypel"" to "TT".

"Default value is TT (Change only if needed).

Four possible values TT , TF , FT, FF

(TT stands for TrueTrue, TF is for TrueFalse, FT stands for FalseTure, and FF stands for FalseFalse)

First parameter is for ,fAppendHtmlTag set it to true to append an HTML tag to the message; otherwise, false.

Second parameter is for fHtmlEncode set it to true to encode the message and replace characters in HTML tags with entities; otherwise, false.

On the homepage , click on "Edit Page" , below the calendar, there is a "CheckConflict" webpart, Click on Modify Shared webpart , and expand the "Miscellaneous" section at the bottom, Set "CheckforConflict" to "YES" to enable checking for doublebooking, any other value will disable check for doublebooking.

Go to Homepage and change the URL
for example if your url iswww.company.com/site1/site2/default.aspx
change it to
www.company.com/site1/site2/lists/H_Texts

and Change the text there.(TEXT) columns are text and MERGE Columns gets data from the ROOMS or EVENTS lists.

Room Manager uses only the view "ConfirmEmailText". so make sure your text or merge columns shows up on the "ConfirmEmailText" view.

I am not getting confirmation emailAdmin
1. Ask Administrator to check "SendEmail" Property is set to "YES"
2. Make sure you have email associated with your userid
3. Ask Administrator to check H_Texts doesn contains Error.
4. Email are only sent to approved and reserved events only.

I am not getting conflicts for same room at same timeAdmin
1. Make sure Events list has Approval turned off.
2. Make sure "ConflictCheck" property is set to "YES".
